Choose optional text notifications for service requests, appointments, project updates, proposals, invoices, and roof-related weather alerts.
Manage text notifications
- Sign in to your CRA client portal and select your organization.
- Open Notifications and enter your mobile number under Text notifications.
- Read the disclosure, check the optional consent box, and select Save text preferences.
The box starts unchecked. Saving a phone number elsewhere or importing a property list does not enroll you in texts. Each person manages their own consent.
