Use Commercial Roofing Advisors resources and the client portal for legitimate roofing and property-management purposes. Keep your account credentials private and access only records you are authorized to use. Notify CRA if you believe your account or property records have been accessed without authorization.
Project information
Website information and weather alerts provide decision support. They are not a substitute for an on-site inspection and do not confirm roof damage. Project scope, pricing, warranties, and payment obligations are governed by the applicable signed agreement and issued documents.
SMS service notifications
By checking the optional SMS consent box and saving your text preferences, you agree to receive automated Commercial Roofing Advisors service-request updates, appointment reminders, project updates, proposal and invoice availability notices, and roof-related weather alerts at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Stopping texts and getting help

You can also withdraw consent in the portal under Notifications. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text notifications are not an emergency dispatch service.
